Chief Executive Officer Jobs 2021 ELIGIBILITY

A Master’s degree from HEC recognized University and/or an internationally recognized overseas institution. Maximum 57 years of age. At least 10 years in a senior executive role in a reputable large-scale national/international organization. Pakistani citizen with a valid CNIC. The guidelines of SECP for Section 42 companies and Companies Act 2017 will be applied in assessing candidates.


Demonstrate a firm commitment to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Take forward the strategic aims of the organization. Represent the organization at national and international levels. Build relationships with key stakeholders including donors, partners, government, and corporates. Lead resource mobilization efforts to broaden and diversify the funding avenues. Continue to strengthen organizational learnings and inclusion objectives. Lead the senior management team and strengthen workforce capabilities to meet upcoming challenges. Ensure good governance and accountability of the organization.
